My handmade products are made with positive intention, energy and love.  My ultimate goal throughout all of this is one thing and one thing only, that you take away a piece of beauty within yourself, through my handcrafted jewelry and products I have created.    I assure you that only top-quality ingredients and materials are used, and that you will walk away feeling good about yourself.

Please pay careful attention to item sizes, lengths, etc. before purchasing in order to avoid having to return an item that does not quite fit. I try my best to take quality pictures of product pieces and to describe them in detail so as to avoid returns of items. If you would like more information or photos of a particular item, please send a message as I am happy to answer any inquiries.

Note also that when paying through PayPal, your package will be sent to the mailing address provided; make sure your account is up to date and provides your desired mailing address.

Shipping & Handling

All items are shipped to buyer within 7 business days of receiving payment.  Shipping and handling costs may vary depending on the rates offered by our shipping carriers and the promotions we may run.  We do our very best to provide fast, economical shipping to our customers!

All Sales are final and no returns are accepted.

Damaged Goods

​

We do our utmost to ensure your product is packed and delivered safe and sound. On occasion the contents have been abused without signs of distress on the box (dropping, crushing). Open the box and if the product looks like it has leaked or damages have resulted from shipping please take pictures and call or email us of these events immediately.  We will give you a replacement or your money back promptly.

Intuitive Owls accepts PayPal, PayPal credit, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.  Payment must be received on all items before they are shipped to buyer.

Please note that when paying through PayPal, your package will be sent to the mailing address provided, so make sure your account provides your desired mailing address.

Appointment Policies

General Service Policy

 

In order to provide the optimal service for our clients we ask that you read through and abide by our policies prior to booking an appointment.  If you booked an intuitive reading we will call you at the number you provided at the appointment time.  If you are more than 15 minutes late for any appointment you automatically forfeit that appointment time and will not be refunded.

Reservation Policy

 

Must be 18 or older in order to book an appointment.

 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Intuitive Reading:  We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel Intuitive Reading in order to receive a full refund. This will ensure enough time for other clients to book that missed time spot.  If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance of your reading then you will not receive a refund. No exceptions.

Non-refundable prepayment via PayPal is required for all readings appointments.
